A Football Dynasty in the Making
Coaching runs in the Kubiak family. Klint's father, Gary Kubiak, is a Super Bowl-winning head coach with an impressive track record. Gary has mentored several successful NFL head coaches, and now his son Klint follows in his footsteps. Klint began his NFL career as an offensive assistant on his father's staff with the Denver Broncos. With the Raiders' appointment, the Kubiaks become the first father-son duo in NFL history to win a Super Bowl.
