Bold headline: Disney opens earlier than usual to handle crowds flocking to Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour costumes.
Walt Disney Presents at Disney’s Hollywood Studios has started opening ahead of its normal schedule due to strong guest demand to view Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour costumes. The display first opened last week.
Opening time adjustments
Typically, Walt Disney Presents opens at the park’s standard time, currently 9:00 a.m. It is now unofficially opening for Early Entry at 8:30 a.m. according to cast members. This early schedule will reportedly continue at least through January, when holiday crowds subside. The exhibit is expected to remain on display through late January 2026.
What’s drawing the crowds
The Taylor Swift display debuted a few days ago, aligning with the Disney+ release of The Eras Tour: The Final Show and the first two episodes of The End of an Era docuseries. Fans have queued for long periods just to see the costumes, which represent Swift’s Reputation, Midnights, and Tortured Poets Department eras.
Other seasonal offerings
In addition to the costume exhibit, Walt Disney Presents currently hosts a Santa Claus meet-and-greet during park hours, ongoing Christmas cartoon showings, and holiday displays featuring The Muppets Christmas Carol.
